Có tổ chức nhiều hoạt động nói về chuyên môn nhưng khó áp dụng thực tế
OT tính theo đúng luật lao động và hợp đồng, cũng tùy từng dự án mới phải OT
Suggestions for improvement:
tại thời điểm mình còn làm việc thì các sếp nên có định hướng rõ ràng hơn cho nhân viên
chưa có quy trình chuẩn cho các dự án
giờ đã nghỉ ở cty 1 năm rồi, không biết những cái này đã đc cải thiện chưa
Đồng nghiệp và sếp rất nhiệt tình, giỏi và xịn

What I liked
The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
