What I liked:
Đào tạo hoàn thiện các kỹ năng cho một bạn dev mới ra trường (logic code, lưu ý code, viết doc, test, kỹ năng mềm, ...), va chạm được nhiều vấn đề thực tế trong quá trình phát triển product
Học hỏi được nhiều kinh nghiệm trong quá trình phát triển dự án thực tế cho khách hàng
Suggestions for improvement:
Các sếp lâu năm chia bè phái, một số sếp chèn ép nhân viên, bắt OT không lương, ... Những dự án mang nặng tính nghiệp vụ, cần đào tạo thêm cho các bạn mới tham gia vào dự án (hiện tại chưa làm được). Chưa có chính sách giữ người, các key đang bị áp lực và nghỉ dần ...
