What I liked:
Smilegate thực sự là một nơi lý tưởng để gắn bó lâu dài.
• Benefit tốt: Công ty trang bị đầy đủ từ Macbook đến 2 màn hình cho mỗi dev, giúp làm việc hiệu quả và thoải mái. Pantry lúc nào cũng có đồ ăn, thức uống đầy đủ, nên không lo đói giữa giờ.
• Dự án đa dạng & thú vị: Thường xuyên có các dự án đặc biệt, hợp tác trực tiếp với các developer giỏi từ Hàn Quốc, tạo cơ hội học hỏi rất nhiều kiến thức mới và mở rộng mindset.
• Đồng nghiệp thân thiện: Mọi người luôn nhiệt tình hỗ trợ lẫn nhau, không có cảm giác cạnh tranh tiêu cực mà thay vào đó là cùng nhau phát triển.
Trả lương đầy đủ khi có overtime dù chỉ 30 phút nên không lo :)))

Đây là một môi trường cân bằng giữa chuyên nghiệp – học hỏi – phúc lợi tốt, rất đáng để trải nghiệm.

Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
