Điều tôi thích làm việc tại Samsung là môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, hiện đại và thân thiện. Samsung không chỉ là một tập đoàn lớn với các sản phẩm công nghệ tiên tiến hàng đầu thế giới mà còn là nơi tạo ra cơ hội phát triển nghề nghiệp rộng mở cho mỗi nhân viên. Tôi đánh giá cao sự quan tâm của Samsung đến việc đào tạo và phát triển kỹ năng cho nhân viên, cùng với những chương trình phát triển cá nhân và nghề nghiệp rõ ràng.
Để chế độ OT thực sự hiệu quả và công bằng, công ty cần đảm bảo rằng nó được áp dụng một cách minh bạch, hợp lý và có sự bù đắp xứng đáng.

Mặc dù môi trường làm việc tại Samsung đã rất hiện đại, nhưng có thể tạo thêm không gian làm việc mở và sáng tạo để khuyến khích sự đổi mới và sự gắn kết giữa các bộ phận. Những khu vực này có thể là nơi nhân viên tự do trao đổi ý tưởng, làm việc nhóm và thư giãn để tăng cường hiệu quả công việc.
