What I liked:
- Một trong những điều mình thích nhất là cảm giác ‘được coi như người thật’ chứ không phải chỉ là một mã nhân viên trong hệ thống. Khi workload tăng, quản lý không chỉ hỏi ‘em làm tới đâu rồi?’ mà còn hỏi ‘em có ổn không, có cần bớt bớt việc hoặc nhờ thêm người hỗ trợ không?’, nên mình thấy áp lực được nhìn nhận chứ không bị xem như đương nhiên phải chịu. Mỗi giai đoạn quan trọng trong năm – từ onboarding, thử việc, review hiệu suất, tăng lương, đến các dịp lễ lớn như company trip, festival cuối năm, quà Tết – đều có hoạt động hoặc chính sách đi kèm, tạo cảm giác hành trình một năm được thiết kế khá bài bản chứ không phải mọi thứ xảy ra ngẫu nhiên.
- Ngoài công việc, công ty cũng khuyến khích mọi người chia sẻ góc nhìn cá nhân, chuyện học hành, gia đình, sức khỏe… trong các buổi 1-1 hoặc townhall; nhờ đó không khí chung khá cởi mở, mình dám nói ra những gì đang vướng và nhận được sự hỗ trợ thật sự, thay vì chỉ nghe những khẩu hiệu đẹp mà khó áp dụng vào đời sống hằng ngày.
Nếu có OT thì sẽ được chi trả và lương tháng kèm bữa phụ chống đói
