Công ty hay tổ chức các hoạt động vào dịp lễ, Tết, có happy hour giúp mọi người gắn kết hơn. Có company trip hàng năm để thư giãn.
Công ty trả tiền OT đầy đủ, minh bạch.

Có thể tăng thêm các buổi chia sẻ kỹ thuật (tech sharing) giữa các team để học hỏi lẫn nhau nhiều hơn.
