What I liked:
- Văn phòng theo phong cách mở, ghế ngồi thoải mái.
- Cấp laptop cho nhân viên.
- Có chia rõ các cấp quản lý và phòng ban khá rõ ràng, bạn gặp vấn đề gì thì cứ tìm đúng người mà hỏi thôi.
- Có nhiều chính sách để cải thiện năng lực, ví dụ workshop nội bộ team hay lớp học tiếng Anh (nhưng mình chưa join lớp bao giờ, hic).
- Trong công ty có nhiều CLB khác nhau, từ games thể thao đến vui chơi, khá là thú vị.
Gần như ít khi OT, nếu bắt buộc phải OT thì quản lý trực tiếp của bạn sẽ support bạn để tránh khúc mắc.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Phòng ban chia rõ nhưng cũng hơi rối nếu bạn chưa quen, mình trước khi vào STS thì gặp vấn đề gì cũng nhắn tin quản lý trực tiếp hỏi, sang STS thì phải coi lại sơ đồ để tìm đúng người hỏi (may mắn là quản lý / team lead của mình khi còn làm ở STS cũng rất sẵn lòng giúp đỡ nếu lỡ mình rối quá không biết hỏi ai).
