What I liked:
Xưa mình từng làm với sếp T****, team và mn rất hợp mình thấy rất vui và hợp ngày nào cũng ưng đi làm. Với cả khi có vấn đề gì sếp cũng rất lắng nghe. Điều này là cái mà mình cực kì thích.
xin nghỉ trước tết nhưng đủ hết năm vẫn được lương 13 thì đúng là một trong những cty khuyến khích nên vào làm.
Suggestions for improvement:
Nếu đã có lịch lên công ty thì lên là mọi người nên lên hết luôn. Tránh việc là có người lên có người không nó không có công bằng, có bạn thì cả tuần không thấy lên có bạn thì lên hết. Hoặc có bạn thì theo chính sách công ty 2 3, hay 4 5 6.
Không gian làm việc thoải mái, ít phải OT
