Not Just Work, But a Good Place to Grow

What I liked:
- The working time and place are flexible. As long as we finish our work, no one checks what time we come or where we work.
- The projects are interesting and help me learn more. I can try new things and improve my skills.
- My teammates are kind and helpful. We often eat and talk together at lunch. Sometimes we play games.
- The environment has almost no drama. People are calm and focus on doing good work.
- The company gives us new MacBooks and big screens, so it’s very easy to work.
- We don’t have to work overtime much. If we do, we get paid clearly.
- Learning support like English classes, technical workshops, or a personal development budget.
I’ve been with Raksul since the early days. I still feel comfortable and confident to continue working here for the years to come.
Suggestions for improvement:
- More long-term benefits such as family insurance or overseas company trips.
- Better pantry or relaxing space for breaks.
