What I liked:
- HR chuyên nghiệp: Đội ngũ HR hỗ trợ nhanh, tận tình và luôn lắng nghe. Quy trình onboarding, đánh giá, và các chế độ phúc lợi đều được truyền đạt rõ ràng từ đầu.
- Hệ thống quản lý minh bạch: OKR và Orgchart được thiết lập rõ ràng, giúp mình hiểu được vai trò của bản thân trong tổ chức và định hướng phát triển career path.
- Workload cân bằng: Công việc được estimate và phân bổ hợp lý, có thời gian để học hỏi và phát triển bản thân thay vì chỉ chạy deadline.
- Ứng dụng AI vào công việc: Công ty khuyến khích và tạo điều kiện cho nhân viên sử dụng các công cụ AI để tăng năng suất. Đây là điểm cộng lớn cho những ai muốn cập nhật xu hướng công nghệ mới.
OKR rõ ràng giúp mọi người hiểu rõ mục tiêu và ưu tiên công việc, tránh được tình trạng làm việc dàn trải nên chưa thấy OT.
Suggestions for improvement:
Có thể tổ chức thêm các buổi sharing session nội bộ để anh em các team học hỏi lẫn nhau, đặc biệt là về việc ứng dụng AI và các best practices trong công việc hàng ngày.
