What I liked:
I've been with RAKSUL Vietnam for almost 3 years, and overall it's been a positive experience.
Things I appreciate the most:
Friendly and supportive colleagues who are easy to work with.
Open culture where people can share ideas and feedback.
Good work-life balance and flexibility.
Opportunities to learn new things and take ownership of projects.
Management genuinely listens and keeps improving the workplace based on employee feedback.
The company has grown a lot over the years, but still maintains a collaborative and people-first culture.
No workplace is perfect, but I feel the company is always moving in the right direction and trying to become better year after year.
The company doesn't require OT. Only in case urgent
Suggestions for improvement:
Faster decision-making in some situations as the organization grows.
More visibility into long-term company and product strategies.
That said, these are relatively minor points compared to the positives. Overall, I'm happy working here and appreciate the effort the company puts into creating a better workplace for employees.
