What I liked:
- Công ty có chính sách đãi ngộ tốt, các chế độ bảo hiểm và thuế được thực hiện đầy đủ, minh bạch.
- Thời gian làm việc linh hoạt theo mô hình hybrid, tạo sự thoải mái cho nhân viên, kèm theo chế độ nghỉ phép không giới hạn.
- Văn hóa doanh nghiệp rõ ràng, luôn khuyến khích và tạo điều kiện để nhân viên đóng góp ý kiến và phát triển bản thân.
- Môi trường làm việc năng động, đề cao tinh thần giải quyết vấn đề thay vì đổ lỗi.
- Công ty thường xuyên tổ chức các hoạt động bonding, giải thể thao nhằm tăng sự gắn kết giữa các thành
- Ý tưởng mới luôn được trân trọng, nhân viên được khuyến khích học hỏi thêm và có hỗ trợ chi phí cho các khóa học để áp dụng vào công
- Cấp trên và đồng nghiệp thân thiện, cởi mở, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ nhau trong công việc.
- Hiện tại công ty không có chính sách OT, và công việc cũng được sắp xếp khá hợp lý nên cũng chưa cần phải OT

- Tiếp tục giữ vững văn hoá công ty nếu công ty mở rộng và phát triển thêm.
- Có thêm cái vòng feedback để có thể tăng thêm phúc lợi.
- Cân nhắc các ngôn ngữ lập trình khác khi performance cần trở nên tối ưu hơn
