Một công ty có dàn nhân sự trẻ và năng động

What I liked:
- Môi trường, culture build khá tốt khi mọi người rất hoà đồng với nhau và cả dàn manager
- Team khá trẻ, mọi người build connection với nhau khá khăng khít.
- Dàn manager cũng hoà đồng với nhân viên chứ không phải chia tầng lớp, ý kiến từ member cũng được lắng nghe tốt.
- Phúc lợi tốt, có bảo hiểm sức khoẻ premium cho nhân viên. Cơm trưa được giao đến văn phòng và được chi trả bởi công ty.
- Hiện tại văn phòng khá chật cho hơn 100 nhân viên. Điểm sáng là có hybrid mode 2 ngày WFH một tuần nên cảm giác không quá chật chội. Thứ sáu hằng tuần khi tất cả mọi người lên văn phòng thì khá đông.
- CLB cầu lông có vẻ đông đồng nghiệp chơi và có tổ chức thi đấu
Các team không có làm OT. Có chương trình pager nếu bạn nào muốn support thêm team US thì cũng được trả thêm xứng đáng,
Suggestions for improvement:
Văn phòng chật so với số lượng nhân viên hiện tại.
Pantry cũng sẽ chật nếu mọi người dùng bữa cùng lúc lúc 12h trưa
