What I liked:
1/ Friendly and professional work environment: Very supportive team, always willing to help each other. No blame culture, everyone works together to find solutions when issues arise; Multicultural environment with opportunities to work with colleagues from many countries
2/ Great growth opportunities: Company invests heavily in employee training and development; Budget available for learning (courses, conferences, certifications); Clear career path and regular performance reviews
3/ Real work-life balance: Flexible working hours, can WFH when needed (2 days per week official); Unlimited leave policy (within reasonable limits); Company events and team building activities are held during work hours.
4/ Mental health care: Regular 1-1s with manager to share concerns; No micromanagement, trusted to work independently; Work pressure at reasonable levels
5/ Fun company culture: Regular team bonding activities (game, sports, outings); Well-stocked pantry with snacks, drinks, coffee; Celebrates team achievements and milestones; Open communication and transparent culture
No OT but they have on-call program, only assigned to qualified team members, rotation with reasonable additional compensation.
