What I liked:
- Real work-life balance, not just a slogan. Hybrid with 2 WFH days, flexible hours, and unlimited leave that people actually use.
- Strong, transparent benefits. Premium health insurance, free daily lunch and snacks, learning support (courses + English classes), and a fresh laptop every 3 years — all with full, clear tax and insurance contributions.
- Serious investment in AI and modern tooling. The team genuinely uses paid AI tools (like Claude Code) in daily work, so projects move faster and the tech stack stays current.
- Friendly, no-blame culture. Young, capable teammates and approachable managers. When issues come up, people solve them together instead of pointing fingers, and new ideas are genuinely welcomed.
- Clear growth path. Two performance reviews a year, open 1:1 dialogues with managers, and real promotion opportunities backed by learning budget.
- A workplace people enjoy coming to. Regular bonding activities, sports (badminton, etc.), tech talks, and a spacious new floor after the recent expansion.
OT is rare, and on-call is opt-in with fair extra pay.
Suggestions for improvement:
- A company-wide trip would be a nice addition — right now the fun mostly happens at the team level, and it'd be great to bring everyone together.
- A little more pantry/lunch space during the 12pm rush — the free lunch is genuinely a highlight, so it'd be nice if the seating kept pace with the growing team at peak times.
