What I liked:
- Công ty có chế độ đãi ngộ khá tốt, duy trì 2 lần Performance review/year, giúp mọi người được Promote và nhận mức thu nhập hợp lý với công sức hiện tại.
- Ngoài lương thì công ty còn có các chế độ phúc lợi khác, chẳng hạn như quỹ ăn uống, du lịch, bảo hiểm sức khỏe, được tham gia khóa học anh văn từ British Council, các khoản learning supports, có lunch allowance, laptop được cấp mới sau mỗi 3 năm làm việc, được cung cấp các công cụ AI bản trả phí và còn có cả Công đoàn nữa….
- Do mục tiêu mở rộng trong tương lai, nên công ty vừa mở rộng thêm 1 lầu nữa cùng tòa nhà, nên không gian làm việc nay đã rộng rãi hơn, nhiều phòng họp hơn.
- Về công việc thì được giao KPI rõ ràng, nhưng cũng tạo điều kiện được đảm nhận các công việc mới, thử thách mới. Công ty cũng đang tập trung vào tận dụng AI trong quá trình phát triển. Performance cũng được đánh giá/trao đổi cởi mở qua các buổi dialogue 1vs1 với manager trong các đợt PR.
- Môi trường làm việc khá thân thiện và quan trọng là mọi người còn khá trẻ và giỏi. Hợp lý để làm việc lâu dài và gắn bó.
Khá ít khi phải OT. Tuy nhiên có chương trình Oncall để mọi người tham gia. Tất nhiên là khi tham gia sẽ có thêm allowance.
Suggestions for improvement:
Thật sự cũng không biết nên cải thiện gì thêm. Chắc có lẽ là cần công ty trả mức lương cao ngất ngưỡng hơn nữaaaaa
