What I liked:
Teammate rất tốt, mọi người teamwork với nhau trơn tru, thoải mái và take care lẫn nhau rất nhiệt tình.
Có lộ trình phát triển rõ ràng cho fresher/junior (cái này tùy team, mà đa phần là có road map cụ thể, trừ khi ở team X tầng 11 thì hơi lỏ).
Manager chủ yếu là người từ technical qua nên hiểu khá rõ góc nhìn của anh em dev, ít xảy ra xích mích hoặc là yêu cầu quá đáng.
Lương mức trung bình khá, cao hơn một ít so với mặt bằng chung, nhưng cũng không đủ để gọi là cạnh tranh trên thị trường (tùy vị trí, nếu mà ở vị trí đang cần người và năng lực rất tốt thì vẫn có thể deal x2 x3 thị trường)
Cấp laptop mạnh, benefits không gọi là xuất sắc, nhưng vẫn ở mức đầy đủ, không để nhân viên thiếu thứ gì (nhờ anh giám đốc khu vực rất thương nhân viên).
Ít khi OT, trừ khi vào đợt release thì có đôi khi OT đến 7h-8h vào ngày cuối là cùng. Trừ khi ở team đặc biệt của tầng 13 thì OT như cơm bữa
Suggestions for improvement:
Chỉ có lương thưởng hơi ít so với công sức bỏ ra. Ngoài ra thì vẫn ổn để làm.
Đã phỏng vấn ở đây và cảm thấy được học hỏi khá nhiều. HR quan tâm ứng viên.
