What I liked:
Môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, đồng nghiệp có năng lực và sẵn sàng hỗ trợ. Sản phẩm thuộc lĩnh vực an ninh mạng có tính ứng dụng thực tế cao, giúp bản thân học hỏi và phát triển chuyên môn ổn định.
Hầu như không có OT, công việc khá cân bằng với thời gian cá nhân, phù hợp với những ai ưu tiên work-life balance.
Suggestions for improvement:
Công ty có thể cải thiện thêm về lộ trình thăng tiến rõ ràng hơn cho từng vị trí, đồng thời tăng cường các hoạt động gắn kết nội bộ để nhân viên có thêm cơ hội kết nối giữa các phòng ban.
