What I liked:
Nice workplace. Have health care for the family. Birthday party and stuff.
No OT is required. OT policy follows Vietnam policy. I think you are not OT much in OPSWAT.
Suggestions for improvement:
Your work environment depends on your manager. If the manager is bad, you feel bad, and vice versa. But overall, OPSWAT has a good culture. Salary is just medium, not high.
