What I liked:
Môi trường làm việc tốt, công ty rất tạo điều kiện để phát triển cho nhân viên
Công ty product và có khách hàng cũng tương đối, nên không thiếu việc và cơ hội để show off
Chính sách OT rõ ràng, nhưng công ty không khuyến khích OT nhiều
Suggestions for improvement:
Lương ổn nhưng chưa đủ cạnh tranh với thị trường. Nếu có thể tăng ~15% thì tốt hơn
Good culture. Nice benefit. Medium salary.
