What I liked:
- Chính sách phúc lợi rất hấp dẫn, nổi bật với Performance Bonus, Learning Budget lên đến 37 triệu/năm để nhân viên nâng cao kỹ năng, cùng budget hỗ trợ luyện tập thể dục thể thao giúp cân bằng sức khỏe và công việc. Ngoài ra còn có bảo hiểm Bảo Việt Premium, khám sức khỏe tổng quát định kỳ, cùng nhiều quyền lợi khác dành cho nhân viên.
- Managers & HR luôn quan tâm, hỗ trợ nhân viên, tạo cảm giác được lắng nghe và tôn trọng trong môi trường làm việc.
- Career path rõ ràng, mỗi role đều có tiêu chí đánh giá minh bạch, giúp nhân viên định hướng phát triển lâu dài.
- Working process bài bản và chuyên nghiệp, mọi thứ được tổ chức rõ ràng nên làm việc khá thoải mái và hiệu quả.
- Quầy nước miễn phí với nhiều lựa chọn chất lượng, tạo cảm giác rất “xịn xò”.
Rất hiếm khi yêu cầu làm thêm giờ, nếu có thì được chi trả đúng theo luật lao động.

Công ty đang có tốc độ phát triển rất nhanh với số lượng nhân viên tăng mạnh trong thời gian ngắn, cho thấy sự tăng trưởng tích cực và đầy tiềm năng. Tuy nhiên, để đáp ứng tốt hơn quy mô đội ngũ ngày càng lớn, không gian văn phòng cũng cần được mở rộng tương ứng. Hy vọng trong thời gian tới công ty sẽ sớm có kế hoạch mở rộng hoặc triển khai thêm văn phòng mới, nhằm mang lại không gian làm việc thoải mái, thuận tiện hơn cho nhân viên.
