What I liked:
Đồng nghiệp giỏi và thân thiện, sẵn sàng hỗ trợ và hướng dẫn nhau. Dự án hay và tạo ra giá trị lớn. Các dự án ứng dụng AI và công nghệ mới càng khó và đáng làm. Có thể học hỏi và phát triển rất nhiều ở đây.
Môi trường chuyên nghiệp và rất tốt để tập trung công việc. Quản lý và HR thân thiện, nhiệt tình, và chuyên nghiệp.
Team hòa đồng, hoạt động thể thao và đi chơi vui. Lương thưởng và phúc lợi tốt.
Công ty trả lương OT rất đầy đủ và minh bạch. Họp buổi tối được tính OT cả thời gian chuẩn bị và tổng kết sau họp.
Suggestions for improvement:
Mở rộng thêm khu vực pantry. Công ty tổ chức đi Nhật hoặc Hàn Quốc nữa là quá tuyệt vời.
