What I liked:
NO drama. Everyone is nice and supportive, even higher management is willing to listen and support.
Workplace allow you to focus fully. No distraction, no gossip, no time wasting policy or meeting.
I have learnt and improved a lot during my time here. Performance bonus is so good and even higher than my salary.
No OT at all. I can focus on my work fully during working hours and enjoy the rest of day without fear of being called at night time.
Suggestions for improvement:
Need more workshop so that members can train and get trained more often. It's a plus if there are more freshers so that I can practice being a mentor and provide training during work.
