What I liked:
+ Môi trường lý tưởng cho anh em dev. Công ty product rất chú trọng vào chất lượng sản phẩm và impact cho người dùng. Giải quyết rất nhiều bài toán công nghệ hay và có nhiều thứ để học.
+ Sếp cực giỏi và có thể học hỏi được rất nhiều, nhưng anh em phải vượt qua được áp lực cao khi làm việc với người giỏi và yêu cầu gắt. Các anh em xung quanh cũng rất giỏi và thân thiện hoà đồng, là chỗ dựa cả về tinh thần lẫn kỹ thuật mỗi khi gặp task khó.
+ Công ty quan tâm và đãi ngộ không chỗ chê, từ lương thưởng cho đến hoạt động phong trào. Công ty phát triển nhanh và thêm nhiều team mới nhưng company activity chưa hề thấy chán. Từ company trip đi nước ngoài hoành tráng tới tiệc YEP chỉnh chu công phu.
+ Điểm cộng cuối là văn hoá khuyến khích sáng kiến và dân chủ. Khá là thích khi thấy ý kiến đóng góp của mình được lắng nghe và triển khai nghiêm túc, đem lại giá trị cho công việc của team và cả công ty.
+ Không bị áp lực phải làm ngoài giờ. Tiền OT được trả xứng đáng và minh bạch.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Công việc áp lực. Khách hàng lớn, đòi hỏi cao, product lại phức tạp và nhiều edge cases.
- Họp với sếp hoặc team Châu Âu vẫn gặp khó khi nghe tiếng Anh và hiểu hết ý. May có team lead hỗ trợ và AI dịch lại.
- Hà Nội và Jakarta đã có văn phòng mới mà HCM chưa có :(
- Ước được đi Nhật Hàn năm sau :)
