Flexible working environment (Hybrid working model, Flexible working time)
Decent Managers and Head
High autonomy working culture
Decently good working space
There is no OT pay policy, they do provide flexible working-time to counter balance
Suggestions for improvement:
More transparency between teams and cross countries would be better
