What I liked:
Không gian làm việc hiện đại: Văn phòng sạch sẽ, thoáng đãng và dễ chịu, trang bị đầy đủ thiết bị làm việc chất lượng cao với bàn làm việc rộng rãi.
Tiện nghi đa dạng: Pantry luôn có đồ ăn, có khu vực chơi game, ghế massage, tạo không khí thư giãn.
Văn hóa thoải mái và hỗ trợ: Môi trường làm việc thoải mái, team dễ thương và hỗ trợ lẫn nhau rất tốt.
Đầu tư vào học tập: Có ngân sách học tập riêng, chỉ cần đăng ký là được duyệt bất cứ khóa học nào muốn tham gia
Mức lương ổn định và nhìn chung cao hơn mặt bằng chung thị trường. Có các buổi Tech Sharing, thúc đẩy không khí học hỏi và chia sẻ kiến thức
Suggestions for improvement:
Điều hòa: Máy lạnh vẫn còn hơi lạnh, đặc biệt khi ngồi lâu một chỗ.
Không gian nghỉ trưa: Hiện tại chưa có chỗ nghỉ trưa riêng biệt cho nhân viên.
Giờ giấc làm việc: Một số nhóm (team) vẫn yêu cầu vào giờ cố định, làm giảm sự linh hoạt trong công việc.
Chương trình hướng dẫn (mentor): Nếu có thêm chương trình mentor cho người mới, họ sẽ đỡ bỡ ngỡ hơn khi bắt đầu công việc.
