Job description

Your daily task:

• Translate technical and business documents between Korean and English or Vietnamese.
• Support leaders and development team in communication efforts, fostering effective interactions within the project.
• Assist leaders in planning, executing, and managing projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and teams to swiftly resolve issues, enhance processes and ensure seamless collaboration.
• Facilitate project meetings.
• Ensure that validated deliverables meet specified technical and business requirements.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.

Your skills and experience

Your qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as Comtor or similar roles (excluding freelance work).
• Korean: TOPIK 5+
• English: Middle level
• Excellent skills in both written and oral communication in Korean.
• Demonstrated excellence in leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and a strong commitment to continual improvement.
• Proactive, positive, and responsible attitude.

Nice to have:

• Experience working as Project Manager or Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Product Owner.
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams.
• Experience working with Korean Clients.
