What I liked:
Môi trường làm việc rất chuyên nghiệp, cơ sở vật chất hiện đại cùng đồng nghiệp thân thiện, luôn nhiệt tình hỗ trợ.
Công ty rất hạn chế OT. Nếu có OT thì luôn báo trước rõ ràng và có chế độ đãi ngộ, bù đắp thời gian nghỉ ngơi rất hợp lý.
Suggestions for improvement:
Hiện tại tôi thấy mọi thứ đều khá ổn, công ty có thể cân nhắc tổ chức thêm một số buổi giao lưu nội bộ để gắn kết.
