Chế độ làm việc hybrid phù hợp để sắp xếp linh hoạt hơn thời gian cho gia đình và bản thân.
Có nhiều nhân sự giỏi để học hỏi và phấn đấu.
Công ty không khuyến khích làm OT trừ khi lý do thật sự cần thiết
Suggestions for improvement:
Sếp trực tiếp của mình đưa đánh giá khá chủ quan, không thuyết phục lắm nên mình nghĩ đâu đó cũng tùy. Không phải gặp sếp nào cũng là người giỏi.
