What I liked:
Công ty có top những môi trường chất lượng và hoà đồng, không tiêu cực nhất mà mình từng làm. Đội ngũ leader và quản lý rất tâm huyết, chuyên môn cao nên học hỏi rất nhiều trong thời gian làm việc tại đây. Ngoài ra, sếp và team back office luôn có những chính sách cải thiện chất lượng và hiệu quả làm việc về tinh thần cho member trong công ty. Sếp luôn khuyến khích chia sẻ cảm nhận và feedback những vấn đề để tìm phương án cải thiện tốt nhất cho dự án. Có chính sách phép 20 ngày, review 2 lần/năm, không tracking working time, phù hợp để nhân viên gắn bó lâu dài.
Chính sách OT rất fair và ít khi phải OT, công ty khuyến khích nhân viên làm việc ở dự án hiệu quả ít có trường hợp dự án OT gấp
Suggestions for improvement:
Công ty nên tăng lương nhiều hơn cho nhân viên. đồng thời nghiên cứu thêm các sáng kiến mới nhằm mang lại trải nghiệm làm việc ngày càng tốt hơn cho toàn thể nhân viên.
