Có chế độ làm remote cho nhân viên
Đồng nghiệp và các sếp đều thân thiện và luôn sẵn sàng nghe chia sẽ của mọi nhân viên
Công đoàn công ty quan tâm nhân viên.
Ngày nghỉ bonus cho nhân viên khá nhiều.
Công ty không khuyến khích OT
Nếu OT thì sẽ được tính rất OK
Suggestions for improvement:
Nên tăng thưởng cho nhân viên
Công đoàn và công ty nếu được thì nên hỗ trợ nhiều hơn cho nhân viên khi có cưới xin, con cái, lễ....
Môi Trường lý tưởng để phát triển con đường nghề nghiệp của bạn
