What I liked:

- Văn hóa khuyến khích việc tích hợp và ứng dụng AI vào thực tiễn công việc.
- Môi trường làm việc tích cực, đồng nghiệp thân thiện, không xảy ra mâu thuẫn nội bộ.
- Sử dụng tiếng Anh thường xuyên trong công việc, giúp cải thiện kỹ năng ngoại ngữ chuyên nghiệp.
- Hoạt động teambuilding được tổ chức chỉn chu, mang lại sự gắn kết giữa các thành viên.
- Bộ phận Nhân sự lắng nghe và phản hồi tích cực các ý kiến đóng góp từ nhân viên.
Làm thêm giờ không bị ép buộc và có chế độ bù hợp lý, giúp nhân viên yên tâm khi cần hỗ trợ dự án gấp.

- Nên đầu tư thêm vào không gian nghỉ ngơi nhằm giúp nhân viên thư giãn và tái tạo năng lượng.
- Thiết bị văn phòng, đặc biệt là máy tính, đôi lúc còn gặp sự cố ảnh hưởng đến tiến độ công việc.
- Hệ thống chấm công nên có sự linh hoạt nhất định trong các tình huống đặc biệt như thời tiết xấu, sự cố đi lại,...
Môi trường làm việc thân thiện, năng động và tạo điều kiện phát triển bản thân.
