What I liked:
MTI offers a professional, friendly, and supportive working environment where everyone willing to help each other.
Diverse projects provide great opportunities to improve both technical and English skills. Recently, 15% working time is allowed for learning.
Good benefits: PVI health insurance, annual bonus, yearly salary review, and 2 WFH days per week for better work-life balance.
Management and HR are open-minded, always listening to feedback and continuously improving policies.
There are so many sport activities like badminton, football, swim, pingpong. And all of them are financial supported.
The company promotes AI adoption and organizes regular internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
The overtime policy are fair and well-managed, with good work-life balance overall. Rarely need to do OT.
Suggestions for improvement:
The workspace could be expanded with more relaxing and resting areas, and a better-equipped pantry.
It would be nice to have small rewards for those conducting internal training or sharing sessions.
Some meetings could be shorter and more focused.
Adding tennis to the sport activities. :))
More CSR or volunteering activities would help spread positive social values.
