Công ty nhỏ nhưng môi trường làm việc rất lành mạnh, phù hợp với việc gắn bó lâu dài và ổn định
Môi trường dự án nhiều thử thách, dùng tiếng anh nhiều nên cải thiện English comunication nhanh.
công ty rất ít khi OT, OT có trả lương đầy đủ, rõ ràng
Suggestions for improvement:
Tổ chức các chương trình, events chỉnh chu, hấp dẫn để kết nối nhân viên tốt hơn
Tăng cường các hoạt động giữ để tương tác tốt hơn giữa các teams với nhau hơn
Tổng quan vẫn ổn để làm việc ở công ty IT
