Môi trường chuyên nghiệp, cạnh tranh, kỷ luật công nghệ đi trước rất nhiều so với bank khác, môi trường tốt để rèn dũa bản thân và phát triển
Hệ thống tài chính nên ae hay phải golive đêm nên đôi khi khá mệt. Bù lại hôm sau được nghỉ buổi sáng.Ae vào MB cần sức khoẻ tốt

Có chính sách hỗ trợ OT đêm tốt hơn khi golive dự án
Công ty tốt, chế độ lương thưởng hấp dẫn
