Good working environment

What I liked:
1. Nice working environment with some plants in the office.
2. HR members are very nice and polite, also have a group for staffs to order lunch.
3. The staffs are young, friendly and creative.
4. The teambuilding activities are often organized.
Work-life balance, no OT in most of the cases.
If there is any OT, the staff will receive the paid time off which is equal to the OT time.
Suggestions for improvement:
Some training courses should be organized or provided to the staffs (Ex: internal training, technical sharing, Udemy courses).
Have chances to work with new technologies, friendly colleagues.
