If you join us, you will have:
- Opportunity to build features and participate in designing and developing a highly scalable, cloud distributed system with .Net Core, Service Fabric and Microsoft Azure etc., streaming and processing huge data with Big Data/ BI, applying machine learning to analyze customer behaviors and image recognition. You don't need to be an expert in all areas but you have to be willing to learn.
- Chances to develop and participate in resolving real and practical challenges for our architecture and application. Over the next year, we expect to scale from a hundred thousand users with huge data transaction per day. We need to make sure that we can handle millions of transactions per day while still being responsive.
- Many ways to promote ideas and improve the way we work. We are always open as we know there are many more need to improve in wide areas: build, deployment, code review, new techs and more.
- Approaches in modern software work environment with nice office designed. Flexible time is common. Need to take care of some paperwork in the morning and will be coming late? Just tell people over.
- 18 days of vacation a year. Changing the retail industry isn't going to happen overnight. This is a marathon, not a sprint. We need to be in it for the long haul
