Best place to start but not good enough to work long time

What I liked:
1. Lương, phụ cấp: mức lương tạm ổn trong ngành. Phụ cấp ăn trưa là 35k/ngày. Ngoài ra còn có lương tháng 13, và bonus dựa vào năng lực.
2. Phúc lợi: Tết (lì xì tiền mặt + quà), quà 8/3, Quốc tế Thiếu Nhi, 20/10, 19/11 (Men's Day), quà sinh nhật, quà cưới, thăm hỏi ốm đau, thăm viếng tang chế.
3. Quản lý: hầu hết thân thiện, vui vẻ, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình cho member.
Lương ổn, tăng hàng năm nhưng không nhiều. Công Đoàn Cơ Sở hỗ trợ nhiều benefit cho công đoàn viên cũng như nhân viên.
Suggestions for improvement:
Thăng tiến: hệ thống chấm điểm để lên level còn nhiều bất cập. Các lớp và kỳ thi để lấy điểm lên level còn chưa đầy đủ và luôn thiếu instructor (trainer), dẫn đến tình trạng nhân viên không kịp lấy điểm để lên level.
Lương không quá cao nhưng hàng năm tăng ổn định.
