What I liked:
- Công việc có nhiều điều mới mẻ, có năng lực, giao tiếp tốt với Korean thì có thể nhận thêm nhiều việc, không sợ thiếu việc - chỉ sợ ngồi chơi.
- Bộ máy khá tinh gọn, không có nhiều cấp bậc ngồi chơi như một số công ty Việt Nam.
- Đánh giá năng lực nhân viên và có đãi ngộ khá chính xác, công bằng. KPI rõ ràng, không tâm linh, không quan hệ.
- Lương thì mỗi người một cảm nhận, nhưng các đãi ngộ tốt, > 14 tháng lương, thưởng cao theo KPI, nhiều ngày nghỉ, tăng lương ổn, nhiều khoảng thưởng linh tinh mà đến giờ chưa biết nó từ đâu (Công ty cần giải thích rõ các khoản thưởng này hơn trước khi gửi cho nhân viên).
- Chính sách OT ông bằng, công ty không OT thường xuyên - hoặc rất ít, nếu buộc phải làm thêm giờ sẽ được tính OT, đăng ký OT với leader cũng tương đối nhanh và đơn giản.
- Cơ hội onsite

Suggestions for improvement:
- Phong cách làm việc độc lập và đánh giá trên KPI nên nhiều khi các member hơi xa cách, làm việc nhóm cũng có một số khó khăn nhất định
- Chưa cảm nhận được rõ ràng văn hóa và bản sắc công ty.
- Công ty tuyển nhiều senior lớn tuổi nên lâu lâu có hiện tượng "dưỡng già", thiếu sức trẻ và sự nhiệt huyết từ teams! Cái này chắc công ty nào cũng có, nhưng thấy công ty đã bắt đầu quá trình trẻ hóa rồi.
