What I liked:
Khi chọn một công ty để gắn bó lâu dài và phát triển bản thân thì đây là những tiêu chí của mình, vừa hay LG CNS lại đáp ứng đầy đủ tiêu chí thậm chí còn hơn mình kỳ vọng:
- Đồng nghiệp: Các anh chị đồng nghiệp tại đây không chỉ thân thiện mà còn rất giỏi. Mọi người luôn sẵn sàng giúp đỡ mọi lúc cần thiết. Mình học hỏi được rất nhiều thứ từ các anh chị.
- Quy trình làm việc: Chuyên nghiệp, rành mạch rõ ràng, khá là khắt khe.
- Công nghệ và nghiệp vụ: Mình học hỏi được rất nhiều thứ từ tech cho đến nghiệp vụ. Nơi thích hợp để người trẻ như mình phát triển kĩ năng bản thân.
- Môi trường làm việc: Trẻ trung, thỏa mái, flexible. À, ngoài ra còn có khu pantry xịn : khu vực đọc sách, phòng PS5, phòng hát karaoke cách âm chuẩn quốc tế healing,...
- Chế độ phúc lợi: rất tốt, từ chế độ nghỉ phép đến bảo hiểm sức khỏe, hôm trước đi viện mình được giảm viện phí rất nhiều.
- Các hoạt động ngoài giờ: Nhiều câu lạc bộ bóng đá, cầu lông, chạy bộ,.. Mỗi tuần đi tập 1 2 hôm để tăng tình cảm mn. Như mình câu lạc bộ nào cũng có mặt, sắp tới là không rảnh buổi chiều nào. :))
Chế độ OT minh bạch rõ ràng. Công ty không khuyến khích OT.

Chưa có góp ý gì thêm. Sẽ có đóng góp ý kiến sau...
