Văn phòng rộng rãi. Toàn người Việt nên rất thoải mái. Quần ngố, áo phông ngày hè, chè bánh cà phê, nước ngọt không giới hạn. Mức lương tăng flexible với đóng góp cho công ty.
Công ty gần như không bắt OT. Chỉ OT trong 1 số thời gian release or customer request. Có trả lương như các cty khác.
Suggestions for improvement
Làm việc trực tiếp với HQ nên cũng có người dễ tính và người khó tính. Nên tăng các hoạt động ngoài để gắn kết anh em.
Sếp rất là tâm lý và môi trường flexible

Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
