What I liked:
Văn phòng hiện tại đẹp, ngay trung tâm
Công ty chưa có khái niệm layoff, nếu đã tuyển là giữ, dù có ngồi không không có việc
Đánh giá cao: Môi trường làm việc thoải mái, thời gian flexible, tuỳ team, giờ trong văn bản là 8h30-17h30 nhưng thấy lên trễ và về sớm hơn nhiều, miễn sao làm xong việc là được chứ không khắt khe
Có phòng có giường để ngủ
15 ngày nghỉ phép một năm, 5 năm tăng 1 ngày, nghỉ ốm dùng BHXH, 180 phép không lương, có nghỉ thai sản, tang lễ,….
Trả lương vào đúng ngày 25 hàng tháng, không bao giờ trễ
BHXH full lương, bảo hiểm sức khoẻ xịn, submit qua app, cover ~100%
Học hành: Có cấp Coursera, Udemy, cover phí thi các loại certificate
Có flexible benefit hàng năm để mua bàn, ghế, tai nghe, màn hình,…
13 tháng lương + bonus x tháng lương (x tuỳ đánh giá performance của năm)
Culture cụ thể thì còn phụ thuộc team, nhìn chung là thoải mái. Làm trực tiếp với team Thái Lan thì càng dễ chịu, rất nice, open để lắng nghe idea, và chịu thay đổi, nhịp làm vừa phải, không bao giờ bị dí.
Sếp tổng hiền, chịu khó 1-1 và lắng nghe
Có OT policy, mà chưa dùng nên không rõ. Không OT thì work-life balance tốt.
Suggestions for improvement:
Sếp hiền quá nên nhiều lúc không quản được phía dưới, hoặc để nhân viên tự xử lý -> học thêm skill manager :))
Không chỉ không layoff mà thấy không đuổi việc luôn, nên ai giỏi thì sẽ mệt
Sếp không nắm được công việc và thành tựu của nhân viên nên sẽ khó để thăng tiến
2 mặt của đồng tiền: Không layoff nên công việc làm có thể out of scope so với lúc tuyển vào, có thể liên quan đến job chính cũng có thể phải reskill sang mảng khác hoàn toàn
