cách anh chị ở đây rất hòa đồng, có chương trình bạn đồng hành để các bạn intern dễ hòa nhập công ty, intern mà ổn đúng techstack dự án sẽ join luôn dự án
mình chưa OT ở cty bao giờ nên mình chưa biết, đợi bao giờ lên nvct thì mình review
Suggestions for improvement:
Lương intern thấp quá, lương mặc định 2 tháng đầu sau đó tính lương theo giờ thì phù hợp với các bạn đang đi học hơn. mặc định thì 6 tháng mới lên nvct, lương cũng không cao lắm so với mặt bằng chung
