Phù hợp cho Fresher -> Junior, công ty có xu hướng ưu tiên người cũ lâu năm

What I liked:
- Ở team mình thì làm việc vui và môi trường healthy. Các sếp không micro-management.
- Nếu bạn mới join, thì luơng ở mức TB, TB Cao nếu với Fresher. Còn sẽ là từ mức bình thường -> thấp ở các vị trí Senior.
Hầu như không OT ở vị trí của mình. Ngoài ra thì chính sách OT ngày bthg và ngày lễ đều ổn
Suggestions for improvement:
- Trang thiết bị còn tương đối cũ, dù vẫn đáp ứng được nhu cầu cơ bản, công ty có thể cân nhắc nâng cấp để hỗ trợ công việc tốt hơn.
- Quản lý (boss người Úc) nhìn chung dễ trao đổi, tuy nhiên đôi khi việc lắng nghe ý kiến nhân viên chưa thực sự đi kèm với thay đổi cụ thể. Ngoài ra, có những thời điểm việc kết nối với quản lý chưa thuận tiện.
- Đội ngũ quản lý còn có xu hướng xử lý công việc dựa trên cảm nhận, quy trình performance review chưa thực sự rõ ràng và thiếu các tiêu chí đánh giá dựa trên dữ liệu cụ thể.
- Trong một số trường hợp, khi có sự khác biệt quan điểm với nhân sự lâu năm, nhân viên mới hoặc ít kinh nghiệm hơn có thể gặp bất lợi.
- Chính sách lương thưởng chủ yếu dựa trên thâm niên và mức lương hiện tại, chưa phản ánh rõ sự khác biệt về hiệu suất hoặc đóng góp nổi bật.
- Career path ở một số vị trí chưa rõ ràng; quy mô team nhỏ và có xu hướng ưu tiên nhân sự gắn bó lâu dài, nên cơ hội thăng tiến nội bộ có thể còn hạn chế.
