What I liked:
- Leader giỏi, thoải mái và luôn tìm cái mới cho team học
- Work remote thoải mái
- Unlimited annual leave (nhưng không mấy khi nghỉ :)) )
- Benefit tốt
- Lương củng khá cao
- Đồng nghiệp dễ thương và hoà đồng
Rất hiếm khi OT. OT thì đc trả lương, vậy củng tốt :))
Suggestions for improvement:
- Cách làm việc giữa các team chưa thực sự tốt. Leader và 1 vài bạn có trao đổi, các bạn còn lại chỉ lo làm task của mình.
Lương cao nhiều benefit, đồng nghiệp nhiều người giỏi, học hỏi được nhiều
