sếp và đồng nghiệp đều vui vẻ thoải mái, thời gian linh động
công ty không yêu cầu làm thêm giờ nên không có áp lực

Tăng cường tương tác và kết nối giữa các nhân viên để tạo ra một cộng đồng làm việc tích cực. Sự hỗ trợ từ đồng nghiệp có thể giúp giảm căng thẳng và tăng sự hài lòng.

Cảm ơn bạn đã gửi đánh giá. Công ty có nhiều hoạt động để tăng cường kết nối nhân viên: chơi bi-a, tea break, sinh nhật nhân viên, sinh nhật công ty, summer trip, du xuân ... Các hoạt động này diễn ra nhằm gắn kết các thành viên, để mọi người hiểu nhau hơn, làm việc tích cực và hiệu quả hơn.

What I liked
The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
