What I liked:
Ở mỗi chi nhánh và mỗi bộ phận sẽ mang lại một trải nghiệm khác, tuy nhiên tựu chung lại là môi trường làm việc trẻ trung, thân thiện. Các sếp lớn đều rất nhiệt huyết và cởi mở với nhân viên.
Về công việc, công ty rất phù hợp cho các bạn fresher, junior học hỏi và trau dồi kiến thức. Với các bạn ở level cao hơn thì cần một lộ trình để tạo động lực làm việc, giúp các bạn ấy phát triển hơn nữa, và tăng mức đãi ngộ để níu giữ.
Về các chính sách khác (nghỉ phép, bảo hiểm,...) thì đều ở mức cơ bản.
Có lương OT nếu được duyệt, thường là khi khách hàng có yêu cầu
Suggestions for improvement:
Cải thiện thêm về không gian làm việc, thư giãn, giải trí cho nhân viên.
