Tech stack khá đa dạng
Dễ dàng áp dụng công nghệ mới
Có nhiều khóa training cho nhân viên: WEB, System Design, Test, Agile, ...
Mình vào team trọng điểm, suốt 2 tháng hầu như hôm nào cũng hơn 10h tối mới về, có hôm OT đến 5-6h sáng, nghĩ lại ko hiểu sao làm được :v

Làm thứ 7
Nhiều qui định cứng ngắc
Quy trình chưa chuẩn, chỉ có PDA chứ không có BA, PDA không có tầm nhìn xa, requirment thay đổi xoành xoạch, có khi vừa code xong lại bỏ
Đánh giá nhân viên còn dựa theo cảm tính, chưa rõ ràng
Phúc lợi tùy theo tình hình kinh doanh của công ty mà có thể bị cắt giảm nhưng không thông báo, ví dụ như đồ ăn nhẹ, kickoff, ....
