What I liked:
What I love about working at GFT is the balance between flexibility and professionalism. The remote-friendly culture and flexible hours give me control over my schedule, while the projects are meaningful and tech-driven, which keeps me engaged and growing. The team is super supportive, and there's a strong focus on collaboration without micro-management. Plus, the company values transparency, whether it's in communication or things like the OT policy. It’s a place where I feel both challenged and respected, which honestly makes a huge difference.
The overtime policy is fair and transparent, hours are paid if approved, and OT is usually voluntary thanks to flexible work arrangements.
Suggestions for improvement:
One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance project stability and bench management. Sometimes, when a project ends unexpectedly, employees may be left waiting without clear next steps, which can affect motivation and income. Having a more structured transition process or internal upskilling programs during bench time would help maintain momentum and keep team members engaged. Better communication about upcoming projects or reskilling opportunities would also make people feel more secure and valued in the long run.
