What I liked:
Điều làm tôi thích làm việc tại FPT là môi trường làm việc năng động, chuyên nghiệp và thân thiện, nơi mọi người luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ nhau để cùng phát triển. Công ty chú trọng đến việc đào tạo và phát triển kỹ năng cho nhân viên, tạo điều kiện để mỗi người có thể học hỏi và nâng cao năng lực bản thân. Ngoài ra, tôi đánh giá cao văn hóa tôn trọng sự đa dạng và khuyến khích sự sáng tạo, giúp tôi cảm thấy được trân trọng và có động lực cống hiến lâu dài cho công ty.

Suggestions for improvement:
Một đề nghị cải thiện tôi muốn đưa ra là công ty nên tăng cường các chương trình đào tạo chuyên môn định kỳ và kỹ năng mềm cho nhân viên, nhằm giúp mọi người cập nhật kiến thức mới và phát triển toàn diện hơn. Ngoài ra, việc xây dựng một kênh phản hồi nội bộ hiệu quả để nhân viên có thể đóng góp ý kiến trực tiếp tới ban lãnh đạo cũng sẽ giúp công ty lắng nghe và điều chỉnh phù hợp với nhu cầu thực tế, tạo môi trường làm việc tích cực và gắn kết hơn.

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
