Không rườm rà quy trình này nọ phức tạp, không màu mè.
Thích hợp cho anh em introvert không thích event.
Được giao nhiều source code, data cái thứ của cty để vọc.
Thích hợp cho fresher, nhưng phải biết tự research.
OT không có lương
Suggestions for improvement:
Khối lượng công việc nhiều, mà sếp hỗ trợ rất ít, giao việc là chính.
Hỏi chưa chắc được hỗ trợ, khéo coi chừng đẻ việc thêm. Tóm lại tự bơi là chính.
Một vài leader không hiểu rõ hệ thống mình đang nắm giữ.
OT không có lương.
Thường xuyên bị tính lương bị thiếu ngày công.
Để xe hết chỗ, một số phải để ở ngoài.
Chế độ này nọ khá hạn chế, nên đừng mong đợi nhiều
