What I liked:
- Đồng nghiệp thân thiện.
- CTO giỏi, làm việc có kế hoạch, rõ ràng.
- Cung cấp đồ ăn, thức uống, PS4, bàn bóng bàn, nhiều món ăn chơi.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Bào dev quá
- Tuyển quá nhiều intern tham gia product => công việc bị chậm lại vì phải chờ các bạn deliver. Nên hỗ trợ các bạn làm đề án và tìm hiểu thêm, đừng bắt các bạn join vào product với team.
- CEO cần học cách nói chuyện tinh tế và tử tế hơn với các bạn dev, tính cách hơi cục súc, tự cao, gấp gáp và thiếu nhìn nhận thực tế (thích cái gì look awesome but not really work that well). Ở vị trí CEO, kĩ năng lãnh đạo sẽ cần thiết hơn technical skills. Công bằng mà nói, CEO bản chất cũng không đến nỗi nào, do stress quá nên thành ra như thế, nên đi học thiền maybe =]]
Kết luận: Thích hợp với ai không khó khăn về tài chính, đang có nhu cầu học thêm về Visual AI do khả năng về technical của công ty khá tốt. Không thích hợp với các bạn dễ nổi nóng, dễ hờn giận, để bụng, vì chắc chắn sẽ ăn rất nhiều bomb từ CEO và nổ não. Rất phù hợp với ai tinh thần thép, biết bơ đi mà code.
Dev phải OT khá trễ, đôi khi qua một ngày mới luôn. Ngạc nhiên chưa :) Nhưng không tăng lương. Ngạc nhiên tiếp :)

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
