1. Được ăn trưa công ty , chỉ mất 10K/bữa nhưng bữa ăn khá đầy đủ, không mất công đi lại tìm quán ăn
2. Môi trường trẻ thân thiện
3. Thi thoảng có được đi du lịch toàn những nơi đáng để đi
4. Có tạo điều kiện các buổi training cho nhân viên hàng năm
Lương OT khá cao, 1.5 lần so với giờ lương thực tế
Suggestions for improvement:
Chế độ review lương, thưởng chưa rõ ràng nên mong muốn công ty minh bạch hơn khoản này cho các nhân viên.
