What I liked:
Ưu điểm:
- Sếp tốt, nhiệt tình, không quá gay gắt.
- Lương thưởng luôn đúng hạn.
- Chính sách OT, giờ giấc ra vào, nghỉ phép theo ca cực kì ổn.
- Cơm trưa nhà ăn riêng siêu ngon, chỉ cần trả 10k.
Chính sách OT rõ ràng, đăng kí qua app, tuy nhiên OT thì lương k quá cao do tính theo lương cơ bản, chính sách OT và phúc lợi ổn định.
Suggestions for improvement:
Nhược điểm:
- Đôi khi nhiều nhóm không có lộ trình rõ ràng, thiếu định hướng phát triển.
