- Có lộ trình thăng tiến rõ ràng qua từng năm từ entry level (staff) đến manager
- Tham gia nhiều dự án kiểm toán cho các khách hàng thuộc nhiều ngành nghề khác nhau

Suggestions for improvement:
- Nên có benefit rõ ràng hơn cho công việc ngoài giờ, đặc biệt là trong mùa kiểm toán
