These courses are specifically designed to bridge knowledge gaps, particularly in technical skill sets. If my project demands learning a new technology or acquiring a specific skill, I'll likely find it covered on LinkedIn Learning. It acts as a reliable, on-demand tutor, offering me the confidence that the resources to enhance my expertise are always available when I need them most.
Transparent Performance Reviews: EPAM establishes clear baseline expectations for employees annually, setting a defined framework to help me learn, contribute, and advance within the company. By meeting or exceeding these expectations, I can demonstrate my value to my team and EPAM as a whole. This structured approach not only fosters personal and professional growth but also provides a fair and transparent path to success. It's one of the aspects I appreciate most about working at EPAM.
I am compensated and provided work-life balance support for any overtime I put in.
Suggestions for improvement:
Additional days allocated for company trips instead of two days.
