What I liked:
I have clear vision on career path development from Senior engineer to Manager evolvement.
I can access huge amount of e-leanring such as Oreily, Linkedin learning, Epam learn resources. Also, I can earn certificate from different big tech consists of AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure.
Well employee experiences from global culture, well equipment, career development, expert team.
EPAM supports tracking all overtime you had put on your works such as technical interview, social events, internal project, etc
Suggestions for improvement:
Data team is in development, Epam need to attract more Data experts in Vietnam to be able to develop more AI projects.
