What I liked:
There are clear reward policies and employee classifications, with management based on work results rather than micromanagement. Additionally, there are two parallel mechanisms for evaluating employee performance, making salary reviews very fair.The company offers a variety of AI training courses that greatly enhance our foundational and advanced knowledge in artificial intelligence. Occasionally, industry experts are invited to conduct engaging workshops on investment and finance.
A working environment where I can demonstrate my values and be respected for my contributions to the company.
Suggestions for improvement:
Since the company operates on a hybrid work model, the office tends to be quiet, and teams mostly interact within their own groups, resulting in limited overall cohesion. It would be beneficial for HR to organize more team-building activities to strengthen collective bonds
