Môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, đồng nghiệp vui vẻ, thân thiện.
Có nhiều hoạt động training rất tốt.
Giờ làm việc linh hoạt, có thể work form home.
Có quy định rõ ràng về thời gian và tiền thưởng khi làm OT.
Suggestions for improvement:
Có lẽ cần cải thiện thêm về chế độ tăng lương hàng năm để giữ chân nhân viên.
