What I liked:
Không gian và môi trường làm việc tốt: Văn phòng gọn gàng, thoáng, tạo cảm giác thoải mái khi làm việc hằng ngày.
Đồng nghiệp thân thiện: Mọi người dễ gần, sẵn sàng hỗ trợ nhau trong công việc, tạo cảm giác làm việc nhóm vui vẻ và hiệu quả.
Giờ giấc linh hoạt: Công ty cho phép sắp xếp thời gian hợp lý, giúp cân bằng giữa công việc và đời sống cá nhân.
Hỗ trợ nhân viên toàn diện: Công ty quan tâm đến nhân viên không chỉ trong công việc mà còn trong các vấn đề cá nhân khi cần thiết.
Các buổi chia sẻ, trao đổi kiến thức: Rất hữu ích để học hỏi thêm, mở rộng góc nhìn và kết nối giữa các team.
Du lịch hằng năm: Là điểm cộng lớn, giúp mọi người thư giãn, gắn kết và tạo kỷ niệm đẹp ngoài giờ làm việc.

Cải thiện khu vực pantry: Hiện tại khu vực ăn uống hơi nhỏ so với số lượng nhân viên, đôi khi hơi chật trong giờ cao điểm.
