What I liked:
Hé lô mọi người!
Mình vừa tròn 5 năm đồng hành cùng DevBlock – một chặng đường đủ dài để nói: "Nơi đây không chỉ là nơi đi làm, mà còn là nhà!" 🏡✨
Hồi mới ra trường, kiến thức còn "lơ ngơ cá ngáo", code thì run tay, bug thì không biết đường fix 😵💫… nhưng mà may mắn lắm vì mọi người ở DevBlock ai cũng siêu nhiệt tình, hướng dẫn từ A đến Z, support tận răng luôn nha!
Điều mình ấn tượng nhất là công ty cực kỳ quan tâm tới sự phát triển cá nhân. Có định hướng rõ ràng cho từng người, không để ai bị bỏ lại phía sau 🚀
Văn hóa ở đây thì… đúng kiểu chất như nước cất luôn á! Có gì chưa ổn trong team là ngồi lại nói chuyện, chia sẻ, giải quyết rất văn minh và thẳng thắn 🫶
Những năm gần đây kinh tế có hơi “khó thở” tí 😅, vậy mà DevBlock vẫn duy trì review lương + đi company trip đều đều. Nghe là thấy "wowww" rồi hen 😍
Chế độ đãi ngộ cũng đỉnh của chóp nha: nào là các buổi sharing tech mới giữa các dev, rồi mỗi tháng có talkshow nói chuyện với chuyên gia về tâm lý – sức khỏe – cuộc sống nữa. Kiểu chăm nhân viên từ trong ra ngoài luôn 🧘♀️🧘♂️
Điều mà mình thích nhất chắc là sếp với nhân viên không có “khoảng cách trên mây”. Rảnh rỗi là thấy kéo nhau đi ăn vặt, cà phê tám chuyện rôm rả như bạn bè thân thiết á 😆

Nếu bạn đang tìm một nơi vừa được học, được phát triển, lại còn được yêu thương – thì DevBlock là nơi đáng để “drop CV” ngay và luôn! 💌
Mình thấy chính sách làm thêm giờ ở công ty khá hợp lý và minh bạch.
Suggestions for improvement:
Mình thấy hiện tại các chính sách và môi trường làm việc đều đang vận hành rất tốt. Không có đề xuất cải tiến nào thêm, chỉ mong công ty tiếp tục giữ vững phong độ như hiện tại!
Sự hòa hợp giữa nhân viên, môi trường và sếp ^^

Devblock gives me a comfortable workspace with new equipments, hybric working.
