What I liked:
The work environment is dynamic and relaxed.
Working hours and WFH policies are very flexible, which is great support for employees with young children.

No overtime is required.
The boss is friendly, and everyone brings a positive energy to work.
There’s almost no overtime. It only happens when there’s a production incident.
Suggestions for improvement:
Overall, there’s nothing to complain about. If there’s one minor point, it’s that the PC/laptop provided only meets basic needs. Occasionally, for more complex tasks (especially for developers), the machine can lag.
