What I liked:
Mình có cơ hội làm việc với các công nghệ mới và hệ thống thực tế, từ thiết kế API, xử lý dữ liệu đến tối ưu hiệu năng. DevBlock khuyến khích developer hiểu sâu bản chất vấn đề, đặt câu hỏi “vì sao” thay vì chỉ code theo yêu cầu. Điều này giúp mình cải thiện tư duy hệ thống và kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề rất nhiều.
Team kỹ thuật có tinh thần học hỏi cao, thường xuyên review code, chia sẻ best practices và cập nhật công nghệ mới. Các buổi trao đổi kỹ thuật nội bộ diễn ra khá đều, giúp mọi người đồng bộ kiến thức và nâng cao chất lượng code chung của team.
Về quy trình, công ty áp dụng mô hình làm việc hiện đại, phân chia task rõ ràng, feedback nhanh và minh bạch. Dev được trao quyền chủ động trong việc đề xuất giải pháp kỹ thuật, từ đó tạo cảm giác được tin tưởng và có trách nhiệm với sản phẩm mình làm ra.
Nhìn chung, DevBlock là lựa chọn tốt cho những bạn developer yêu công nghệ, muốn phát triển kỹ năng chuyên sâu và làm việc trong môi trường tôn trọng giá trị kỹ thuật.
Công ty hầu như không yêu cầu OT, trường hợp phát sinh rất ít và luôn được trao đổi rõ ràng với nhân viên.
