Co-Engineering Director - Huynh Ba Nho
Our workstation has a friendly, family-like vibe with endless coffee, soft drinks, and snacks. We play football, eSports, and badminton after work. Colleagues and supervisors provide excellent support and training in technical, soft skills, and English skills. When stressed, everyone is there to listen and help you relax.
I start with daily project meetings to catch up on progress and plans, meet managers to discuss resource planning and team development strategies. I provide technical support, explore new technologies like AI or frameworks, and train the team. I also address team concerns, offering advice or escalating issues to the Board of Directors if needed.
