Founded in 2014 The company was formed out of the initiative of CRM.COM
CRM Integration Ltd (CRMI) develops On-Demand (cloud) and On-Premise customer management software and solutions for Subscription Billing and Rewards. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam the company was formed out of the initiative of CRM.COM and a team of billing and software experts from the local Vietnamese market. The strategy of CRMI is to provide and develop services and peripheral applications for CRM.COM software and CRM.COM projects worldwide. CRMI is fully trained and authorized by CRM.COM to carry out the full scale of development and customization of the CRM.COM software including the development of new modules and mobile apps. It is also the only certified partner that is allowed access to the CRM.COM source code.
